Planning Picture Day
How do I book our business?
Contact us by either calling us or using the contact form here on our website, our phone number is listed there as well. We are located in Hobe Sound, and serve Florida’s Treasure Coast and The Palm Beaches.
What types of businesses do you photograph?
We photograph businesses of all kinds. From doctors and lawyers to construction workers and maintenance crews, and everything in-between.
Is there a minimum number of team members needed?
We specialize in on-location photo shoots, and while we would prefer at least 10 individuals being photographed. If you don’t have that many, please contact us so we can figure out a way to accommodate your team! If you are a solo entrepreneur or there are only a few of you, we do plan special events to accommodate multiple small businesses in a day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed in the beautiful state of Florida, and insured through the Professional Photographers of America.
During Picture Day
Do you offer group shots too?
We sure do! We typically will arrange with you beforehand about group shots, like departments or whole company pictures. We’re happy to take those pictures for you.
When and where do the portrait sessions take place?
We try to schedule the most convenient time and place for you. That is usually at your business location. We just need about a 12’x12′ space for an indoor shoot with a backdrop and lighting gear. We also can shoot outdoors too, if the weather cooperates!
How long does each person’s headshot take?
Each individual’s photos can take anywhere from one to five minutes. After individual photos, we photograph groups
After Picture Day
How long does it take for final photos to be ready?
Depending on the size of the company, a finished password protected, downloadable gallery with all the final photos is typically available within 5 to 10 business days.
What type of payments are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards. We can also arrange for payment via Venmo, Apple Cash, Cash, or Check.
