Why Sunshine Lens Photography?

We appreciate the dedication you show to your child’s performance art, whether it’s dance, band, choir, theater, gymnastics, artistic swimming, or any other artform. You support them by taking them to rehearsals, shows, and teaching them the skills they need for their passion. We’ve personally participated on both the parent side and also volunteer coaching for years. We know how important these experiences are as your children grow to love their activities. We absolutely love capturing those memories!
We work with staff and volunteers to create a fun and relaxed picture day for everyone. And now with our easy online ordering system, Parents don’t have to decide what to purchase before they see the picture. They can browse their children’s portraits and place orders of their favorite pics.

How do we do that?

The process is really easy: we handle all aspects of the picture day, including customer service, parent communication, online viewing and ordering, payment, and order fulfillment; both print and digital downloads. After discussing your group/studio’s needs, we’ll establish the date, time, and location of your group(s) picture day. Depending on the number of participants, this may include multiple photographers and stations, or multiple days and times to better suit certain group’s needs. Once the contract, question form, and group roster template are filled out, that’s it. From there the studio’s job is finished! You will be given a poster to hang / digital image to share on social media and email to announce photo day.
On the day and location of the photoshoot, we will arrive beforehand to set up. The groups are supervised by the organization’s volunteers. We will take several poses of each child. All of the members and leaders are photographed, regardless of whether they plan to order. Not long after picture day, private, password-protected galleries will be available for online viewing and ordering. The orders are sent directly to parents’ homes. That’s all! Our commitment is to provide you with high-quality portraits and a seamless experience from start to finish.
